The IBZ Balance Experience

In the modern day world that we live in, we are under a continuous threat of reaching a state of burn-out, anxiety and depression. Too much work or play, lack of sleep and alcohol or substance misuse are common and more obvious contributors but there are other factors such as poor nutrition, not enough exercise or generally feeling disconnected from the world around us that can lead to us feeling disconnected from ourselves.

Our programme is designed to encourage guests to reconnect their mind and body, check in with themselves and ask

“How am I really doing?”

We warmly invite you to begin the work of unraveling your emotions in a safe environment, helping identify any destructive patterns and self-sabotaging behaviours.

Our team of holistic health professionals, fitness trainers, healthcare practitioners and outstanding therapists have been hand picked for their exceptional knowledge and expertise to help you further understand what it is you need to lead a happier, healthier life. We offer a full spectrum of holistic tools and practices, at the same time providing compassionate care to assist guests on their personal journeys.

The Schedule

Each morning we take time for stillness and enjoy a moment of calm with a guided meditation.

8.30 We Rise, we meditate

9:00 We Move

Yoga or cardio workouts and stretching to get the endorphins pumping.

Fuel up, dig in and enjoy fresh juices, smoothie bowls, freshly baked granola and hot and cold food items in our buffet style breakfast.

10:00 Breakfast

11:00 Relax

Chill, snooze, read a book, have a dip in the pool, take a massage.

1:30 Yoga / Hike

Discover hidden parts of the island, reconnect with nature and breathe.
